The office feng shui that influences one’s future prospects.

The feng shui of the office space, which profoundly influences the future prospects, is of utmost importance.

Firstly, the office seating arrangement should not be devoid of support. Ideally, the seating should have a backing or be positioned against a sturdy structure. This arrangement ensures abundant support and stability, creating a solid foundation for endeavors. A vacant or unsupported back, however, signifies a lack of strength, physical weakness, and an unstable work environment. Such conditions diminish the cohesive force among employees and obscure the presence of influential figures, severely hampering the course of the enterprise and impeding the company’s trajectory.

Secondly, the office’s central area, known as the “ming tang,” should not be narrow and confined. The expansive and spacious nature of the office, especially in the central ming tang position, is vital. This area represents the symbol of prosperity and progress in the realm of business. A narrow and constricted ming tang symbolizes limited prospects and obstructed growth, making development arduous. Conversely, an open and serene ming tang, both inside and outside the office, signifies boundless opportunities on the horizon.

Thirdly, the office should not be dim and obscure. Insufficient natural light in the workspace can hinder the development of the entire workforce. Abundant and pleasant natural light, on the other hand, fosters a thriving work environment and propels achievements. Offices shrouded in gloom and shadows tend to bring obstacles, adversity, and a lack of morale among employees, often leading to neglect of duties and the rise of malevolent influences.

Lastly, the immediate front of the office should not be afflicted by hostile forces or “sha.” Various forms of hostile forces, such as road sha, utility pole sha, large tree sha, or pointed corner sha, should be absent from the front. The presence of these forces can cause disturbances, impediments, recurrent illnesses, financial drainages, and frequent changes in personnel. It weakens the cohesive force among employees, making staff retention a challenging feat.
